Groundhog's Day

I am so glad that the groundhog didn't see his shadow and that spring is only 6 weeks away!  we are ready to be able to play outside and not hear the heater go on and on.  We ran out of wood so the heater is going strong.  I can't believe that we used 2 cords of wood this winter.  i guess we need 3 cords to last all winter.  live and learn, i guess.  i want to get out and rototill the garden grow boxes, bring in more dirt and get ready for it all...last year Dan did most of the gardening and i missed it.  work is tiring and i just don't have much "umph" after work sometimes.  the kids take so much of my attention when i come home, there isn't much time left for anything else.  So welcome spring.  Welcome heat.  and welcome brighter days.
