How did you bring in the new year?

this is what we did to bring in the new year....

Swimming at 1000 Springs!  We had a nice time going down there and back.  Dan had been sick (sorry honey, you got the 24 hr bug a week later) and was finally feeling good so we jumped in the car and left Mtn Home for a few hours.


The pool was amazing...like a bath!  the Hot Springs just keep that pool so nice and warm and the kids jumped and played and played.  For about 30 minutes, Ethan was jumping and pulling and trying to stay on the huge LOG they have at the other end of the pool.  The pool was packed and our kids were very well behaved (another christmas miracle). 


We stopped in Hagerman on the way home and ate at Jo Joe's cafe...great food and friendly service and not badly priced either!  Ethan said it was the best cafe ever!


Happy New Year Everyone!  2012 will bring great things for our family and we are excited to discover them!
