Teacher: What are some of the rules in your house?
Kids: No fighting, no touching other people's things, no lying, clean up your own mess, etc.
Teacher: Why do you have rules in your house?
Kids: So we don't fight, so we are safe.
Sarah: We have to have rules or else we would start smoking or doing whatever we want.
That is hilarious. Of all things to happen in your house, if you didn't have rules, Sarah was worried about smoking!
As a mom, I'm more worried about stinky clothes and chaos abounding. At least today, I don't worry about the kids smoking!
