Progress....house progress

Dan and I met with the builder in the Design Studio...talk about overwhelming and costly!  "Oh you love that tile, that's only $350 more; oh you like the cabinet color; that's ony $750 more." Crazy!  Dan and I had gone over the upgrade list so we knew what we wanted and what could wait.  That was helpful; otherwise we would have been lured in quickly!



Left to Right:  House will be painted Gray; Gray stone that will decorate the outside of the house; dark walnt kitchen cabinets; below the cabinet is the tile that will go around the fireplace, gray/browns in the flooring, gray countertops in the bathrooms; and a creamy gray, and browns marbly kitchen countertop; between the countertop samples is the carpet sample "coconut cream" with flecks of cream in the browns; and the tile on the far right is around everything--all the countertops and the soaker tub in the master!
